THE LEMONADE STAND

So I guess we're all wondering whether Jay Z actually cheated on Beyoncé, right?

Beyoncé Knowles is considered one of the world's most beautiful women and highest paid artists in the world. I know of a number of people who have made comments regarding the allegations of Hova's infidelity, such as, "How could he cheat on Beyoncé? I mean, she's BEYONCE!!!" I frown (and sometimes even shed a tear) when I hear such things because I find everything wrong with that response.

Who is King Bey that she would be considered immune to infidelity? At some point in our lives, we've al been cheated on and so has she (before Jay). While she was a part of the 00's girl-group Destiny's Child, she had an interview wherein she discussed how an ex-boyfriend had cheated on her and that's where she drew inspiration for some of their hit songs. so again I ask, what about her makes her immune to infidelity?

Sure, she's a superstar and gorgeous. Before all that, she is human. We all are human. Cheating is an act of disrespect no matter what the excuse or who is at fault. Let's not mistake being popular with being superhuman. Should the rumors be true, I want to thank her for sharing the story because she's now become more relatable to me. I resonate more with her songs now, which is something I had difficulty with before (I mean, Beyoncé was a kak album guys. I'm sorry.) Thanks to "Becky with the good hair" for showing the world just how human Beyoncé is. You're kind of a ho for doing what you did, but you're also a hero to those of us who've been trying to show the Bey-hive just how human their idol is.
